We’re excited to announce that Boyes Group Realty has purchased 1171 8th Street East in Saskatoon, which will become our new head office.

The approximately 10,000 sq. ft. building will undergo a complete renovation designed around how our agents work, collaborate and serve their clients. The new space will include approximately 17 private offices, multiple boardrooms and meeting rooms, a full kitchen, a dedicated agent lounge and gathering space, and extensive on-site parking.

This is much more than a new office for us. As Boyes Group continues to grow, we wanted to create a permanent home that reflects where our company is headed while giving our agents an environment they genuinely enjoy coming to. The new office will provide more room for training, collaboration, client meetings and day-to-day support, while maintaining the team atmosphere that has always been an important part of Boyes Group.

Located prominently on 8th Street, the building will also give Boyes Group a highly visible, long-term presence in one of Saskatoon’s busiest commercial corridors.

We’re incredibly excited about what we’re building and look forward to sharing the renovation and transformation of 1171 8th Street East over the coming months.
